• Bank check that the DTC for except C1515/fifteen is not output.
(ane) Finish the vehicle and turn the ignition switch to OFF.
(two) Using SST, connect terminals Ts and CG of DLC3 and plough the ignition switch to ON. SST 09843–18040
(three) Disconnect the SST. SST 09843–18040
(4) Bank check the DTC is not output.

HINT: If the assist map is not recorded, DTC C1581/26 (Assist Map Un-Writing) is stored and the ability steering warning lite illuminates.
(a) Plow the engine switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the engine switch on (IG).
(d) Plow the Techstream on.
(eastward) Enter the following menus: Chassis / EMPS / Utility / Indicate Bank check.
(f) Look for 10 seconds or more than.
(g) Confirm that the power steering warning lite changes from illuminated to blinking at 4 Hz (4 blinks per second).
NOTICE:
• If the power steering alert light does not change from an illuminated land to blinking at 4 Hz (the assist map cannot be recorded), check for DTCs.
• If only DTC C1581/26 (Assist Map Un-Writing) is stored, perform aid map writing again. All the same, if the assistance map cannot exist recorded even after performing the procedure 3 times, replace the power steering ECU and perform assist map writing.

(a) Turn the engine switch off
(b) Using SST, connect terminals 12 (TS) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3.
(c) Plough the engine switch on (IG).
(d) Await for 10 seconds or more.
(eastward) Confirm that the power steering alert light changes from illuminated to blinking at 4 Hz (4 blinks per second).
NOTICE:
